Big Bangs, Festival of Lights and Seeing Spots!

Welcome back! We hope you have had a great half term. Just before the holiday you may have noticed our new signage, they are just the start of us brightening up the external school environment for all our children. We will shortly be installing new garden planters for the children to nurture and making improvements to our outdoor play area ensuring we can continue our outdoor learning.

November is a month to celebrate many different cultures and events. At Le Hérisson Bonfire Night (5th), Diwali (6-10th), Remembrance Sunday (11th)  and Thanksgiving (22nd) will feature in our classroom learning.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at Parents Evening. Your child’s teacher will be in touch with all the details and information regarding booking an appointment. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to get in touch before this opportunity to discuss your child’s progress.

Additionally at Parents evening you will be able to see samples of our new school uniform and place orders.

Finally, there will be hundreds of specially organised bonfire and firework events in our local public parks or you might be off to a friends’ party. However you plan on celebrating please keep safe, here are some top tips on Firework and Sparkler safety.
